阿福食物銀行倉儲轉運中心暨迷你食物銀行系統啟動

Launch of the Afu Food Bank Distribution & Logistics Center and Mini Food Bank System

 

社團法人高雄市慈善團體聯合總會(簡稱高慈總)在2020年6月24日,於高雄市大社區正式啟用「阿福食物銀行倉儲轉運中心」,並同步啟動迷你食物銀行服務系統。阿福食物銀行以「生鮮蔬果食材、食物、續食及生活必需品」為核心,回應經濟弱勢家庭在日常飲食與基本生活穩定上的實際需求。

On June 24, 2020, the United Charity Association of Kaohsiung (UCAK) officially launched the Afu Food Bank Distribution and Logistics Center in Dashe District, Kaohsiung City, together with the initiation of the Mini Food Bank service system.
The Afu Food Bank focuses on the provision of fresh fruits and vegetables, food items, rescued surplus food, and essential daily necessities, addressing the practical needs of economically disadvantaged families for daily nutrition and basic living stability.

倉儲轉運中心佔地約二百坪,作為南部地區重要的食物與物資調度節點,透過集中保存、分類與配送機制,將食物與生活物資妥善分送至高雄、台南、屏東等縣市之弱勢家庭及合作之非營利組織,逐步建構跨縣市的實物給付支持網絡。

Covering approximately 200 ping (around 660 square meters), the Distribution and Logistics Center serves as a key hub for food and supply coordination in southern Taiwan. Through centralized storage, sorting, and distribution mechanisms, food and essential supplies are delivered to disadvantaged households and partner non-profit organizations across Kaohsiung, Tainan, and Pingtung, gradually establishing a cross-county in-kind support network.

 

同時,迷你食物銀行據點規劃於社區端發展,陸續建置二十二處,作為連結家庭與資源的重要節點,使食物與物資能更即時地進入社區,累計支持超過十萬人次的弱勢家庭需求。

At the same time, Mini Food Bank sites were planned for community-based development, with 22 sites established progressively as critical connection points between families and resources. These sites enable food and supplies to reach communities more promptly, cumulatively supporting over 100,000 service instances for families in need.

迷你食物銀行陸續啟用,深化社區取用模式

Progressive Activation of Mini Food Banks and Strengthening Community-Based Access

 

自 2020 年 7 月起,迷你食物銀行據點陸續於各行政區啟用,結合社區發展協會、慈善團體及相關在地組織,於社區據點設置二至三座物資貨架,或單門冷凍冰箱,進行常態性食物與生活物資補充。

Beginning in July 2020, Mini Food Bank sites were gradually activated across various administrative districts. In collaboration with community development associations, charitable organizations, and other local partners, community sites were equipped with two to three supply shelves or a single-door freezer, enabling regular replenishment of food and essential goods.

 


 

服務模式亦由原本每月一次的集中發放,逐步調整為每週多時段的社區取用服務,強化「發放站」與「社區冰箱」功能,使家庭能在更具彈性與尊嚴的情境下取得所需食物,進一步提升整體服務的可近性與穩定性。

The service model evolved from a once-monthly centralized distribution to multiple community-based access periods each week, strengthening the functions of distribution stations and community refrigerators. This approach allows families to obtain needed food with greater flexibility and dignity, while further enhancing the accessibility, stability, and responsiveness of overall services.
